Car Fixed's basic diagnostic features are free to use. There are no charges for the free tier, so no refunds are applicable.
Pro Subscription (Coming Soon)
When Pro features become available, we will offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service for any reason.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our website within the eligible refund window. Please include your account email and reason for the refund request.
Processing Time
